Fred Loya Insurance

Disgraceful.. is the word for this place. My mom had called them about a week ago to inform them that the insurance will need to be cancelled. They never called my mom back. However, they called my father’s phone number twice (who passed away). My mom called them through his phone number to inform them of the information and they had the audacity to say, “How about you keep it open for one more month!” Like what is wrong with these people. All they care about is money. Then they started to ask my mom what she plans on doing with the cars when that’s a personal manner!

Had an appointment made for 5/6/2023 at 10am to get pictures take for a claim and the 870 W El Monte way office but it was closed. I called the number provided to see what I can do next and I was placed on hold for 2 hours. When someone finally answered they told me to google to find another office that was open. I will be canceling this insurance as soon as possible.

Highly recommend Janette, she’s so kind and very informative with everything. Don’t look any further for affordable insurance!
