Fred Loya Insurance Claims

I got hit by another driver a little over 2 years ago. Their insurance paid out, but I haven't been paid yet. I have been calling this claims office for the last 2 years. When I had their insurance, I was doing deliveries for Walmart. The day the accident happened, I wasn't for sure if I had the app on at the time of the accident. When I called to report it to the insurance company, I asked them, what information did I need to get from Walmarts insurance for the claim. They are now, and have been using that call to avoid from paying out my claim. They are claiming,that I said that I was working due the accident. All they have to do is cal Walmarts insurance company and find out. They refused to do that, so I have gotten the information myself, and have sent them the name of the claims adju

This place never picks up the phone, if they do they send you to a random adjuster who will simply hang up the phone and never return your calls. Terrible service about to get my lawyer involved now which I was trying to avoid

No stars! I was in an accident in November of 24. Fred loya's insured ran a stop sign and came out right in front of me in a matter of 30 feet. Had I not braked as hard as I could, your insured would have tboned my car with my daughter on the passenger side of my car. The collision, however, caused my car to lose the front bumper and cause damage to my frame. I proactively filed a claim the same day, which was a Saturday. I didn't hear anything for days. I obtained my police report and from there called the claims dept again to speak with someone and was finally assigned the worst adjuster in this building Arisa Gutierrez. I wish I could blame just 1 person, but unfortunately, everyone who has touched my claim file has ONLY called me back after I've escalated the situation as far as the sy

03/01/2022: The claims department seems to be a 3rd party contractor, and they are extremely slow to process claims. It has been two months, and they have yet to close either of our 3 claims. We have uninsured motorist coverage, and the cars were hit by an unknown driver. A police report was submitted, many phone calls made, and numerous questions answered - and still no resolution. I do not understand why the same adjuster can not work on the 3 claims, especially since the cars were damaged in the same incident. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This insurance coverage is good to keep you from getting cited for no insurance and not being liable for damage you cause, but don't expect much if you're filing a claim for yourself.

It took 2 days of calling and me finally going into the offibefore I could speak with somebody. I gave my statement and left. A few days later I get a phone call saying they need my statemen for the same accident. A little annoyed I gave it a second time, same story. A couple of days later I get a message from the persand I had an accident with saying that for a lawyer took my information down wrong. After 3 days of calling, I I'm finally able to talk to somebody... What the best this has been.
