I work at Fred's Walsenburg office. Lisa has been with him for 25 yrs and has been great to learn from. I love providing Personal Price Plans to my neighbors and helping people save money all while knowing that their belongings, autos and homes are protected in case of disaster. This new found career has been a pleasant change in pace and focus.

Stay away from anything associated with Fred Ettleman! He’s a ghost agent. The main point of contact(Lisa) seems to be suffering dementia. We had the same recurring problem for months. She kept saying it was all worked out and that we’d have a discounted statement the following month. After four months we grew impatient. We called the higher ups who just led us back to Lisa. They said there was nothing they could do. And Then.....Lisa called to tell us our policy had been canceled! After we just payed our bill. Literally, the same day. Right after I left the office! After I had just payed!

I have never dealt with more incompetent employees than I have here. The agent has zero clue as to what he is doing either. I have had billing issues for two months now and they refuse to fix it! I pay a lot of money for auto and car insurance, some competence in return would be nice. If you are willing to try your luck, go ahead. I myself will be looking for another agent.

I have always had a great experience dealing with Lisa and Carol. Whenever I have questions, (and there were A LOT of them during the Spring Creek Fire) they have gotten back to me quickly and knowledgeably.

Been with this office for over 25 years, never had ANY problems. They've been knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
