Customer service is not a guarantee. No southern hospitality... And Lord forbid you ask a question on order to register your own vehicle. You'll be meet with a ride old grey haired female. Who's attitude closely resembles an abused cat. Why would I be here to register a vehicle I don't own???? Who does that...oh I tried. But clearly that's more than her ability. She even asked for her business card back🤣🤣🤣
As others have stated very poor customer service. Registering a vehicle here to making appointments/avoid long lines at DMV turns into an interrogation by an old grey haired lady. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible! Kay is not at all friendly. As a Franklinton resident I will be going elsewhere.
Website and google stated open until 430, closed at 330. Need better visual communication.
Ms Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful, I needed 40 fingerprints done in a small amount of time. She was about to fulfill my order.
