I was transferred over to Franklin's agency after my agent retired and I am VERY glad that I was. His staff is professional and courteous and they always seem happy to help. I feel like we all dread calling any insurance company because that means there's an issue but I end each call with a smile on my face. Also Lakeisha is just the best!! She's friendly and knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. Thank you!!
