Attempted to make claims to this place - always the same answer “it’s wear and tear” last straw was my claim for my roof, which was replaced in 2018-2019, shouldn’t have issues right? Nope denied now I have almost 10 messages within 24 hours saying I need to have it fixed, professionally inspected and proof by January, so holidays are completely cancelled for my family this year. Will be finding another agency as soon as I possibly can!

This is the poorest insurance company i have ever seen, they are just hear for the money, they don't care about you. their customers service is very poor, i have close my insurance with them it took them 3 months to return my balance money to me. i we not refer any one and i will never used this company any more. they would not answer you guys when u have problem with your property . if there is anything less then zero i would have given them for the poor service they gave to me.

This company is a disgrace ! Was told I need to replace roof, I agree, but a whole list of ridiculous other things I also have to do to not be cancelled is just nuts ! Also I received the letter in Nov. 2026. We then had one of the worst winters in memory. Many many complaints have been coming in to local radio stations about this company .

They have been wonderful to work with. Diane W has been my claim adjuster when we needed a new roof do to storm damage, not only was she always quick to respond she was so quick at getting the work done. Even reminding me that I was missing a copy of my paid to the roofers check to get my refund from the insurance company. In fact I sent the pictures over the weekend and she had the refund check in process to me before Monday afternoon. As for Diane w, would give her 20 stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This insurance company is a complete disappointment. We've been loyal customers for over four years and never filed a single claim until now. When we finally needed help, they found every excuse in the book to deny coverage. An employee even admitted there's a clause saying “if it’s an ongoing issue, it’s not covered.” I explained clearly that this was not ongoing—I called the moment I noticed a leak. Their response? *You should have maintained your house.” Seriously? They exploit vague loopholes and technicalities to avoid paying out, no matter how valid your claim is. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually stands by its customers.
