Be careful who you accept as an agent. Misinformation caused us to purchase insurance from another provider after being told that the underwriter was cancelling our policy after thirty years! Upon speaking with the underwriter they said that our policy was still active and we had a year to address issues they noted; AND, that we had been good customers for those thirty years. The hoops we were caused to jump through to meet an unreasonable date to comply, threw us into a panic that we couldn't possibly meet, AND, resulted in the agency and the underwriter losing our business. Up till now we had no issues with either; both HAD always been helpful throughout those thirty years. Thanks Ms. Wendy! NOT!

Only place I'll deal with. They do all my business stuff, and I can trust it'll be done the right way the first time. Also do my toys through them, and it's very simple.

This agency responds quickly to any inquiry and each agent I've dealt with has been professional and personable. I would not go anywhere else for insurance because the customer care is outstanding.
