Muy mal servicio al cliente, llame 5 veces para una cotizacion y siempre me decian que me contactarian, he llegado a creer que como les hable en español, no era yo de su agrado o elegible para solicitar un servicio de ellos... Solo les recomendaría un poco de seriedad y si no estan dispuestos a brindar un servicio nos lo hicieran saber y no nos traten de esa manera, yo entiendo que ellos son libres de elegir a quien tener como cliente, pero un poco de respeto no les cuesta nada, definitivamente es decepcionante como nuestra propia gente se comporta...
Estoy mas que contenta con esta compañia de aseguranza, son muy amables y siempre tratan de ayudar lo mas que pueden. Gracias chicos 🙏🙏
