Been with this company for a couple years and always found customer service to be terrible. (Except one very lovely lady with an accent. She was always great to work with) My premiums increased by almost 50% since last year so I called in to see what my options were for lowering my premium. Lady on the phone said she would look into it and call me back. Received the call back and was told there is nothing she can do to lower cost. Tried explaining 4 times in a row that she could lower my coverage amounts so I can save some money but she refused to look into this. Last year, this company convinced me that I had only the minimal coverages and I should up the amount of coverage I had. I did this. Now this year I'm magically not allowed to go down to minimal coverage again?? Also, was told to

In late 1960’s I first got insured with Foy in Exeter, NH. Drifted for several years and have now been a regular customer for years. They are attentive snd always have answers. I recommend Foy whole heartedly to anyone wanting great coverage and service.

I wish I called them sooner!! My rep is Ivan! He is the BEST!!! I had Liberty & it was a waste! The coverage wasn't as promised for my auto & renters insurance. Thanks to Ivan I now have the coverage that fits ALL of my needs and for less money than I was paying. I highly recommend them if you want great service from honest people who are very knowledgeable!
