Every experience with this insurance gets worse. I have personally had to apologize to nurses because of how they were treated and spoken to by this insurance. They give you a list of providers that are supposed to be in the network, and when you call, none of them are. We are having to pay $2700 up front for my daughter's procedure because there is no one in our state in the network. I called today to find out why I haven't been reimbursed anything for the first $200 I paid toward the procedure yet and the dr office said they filed it 8 months ago and still haven't heard from my insurance on it yet. Claims denied on multiple occasions due to trying to find out if I had other insurance. I always have to prove that I don’t have other insurance to get them to pay. The first reaction of an insurance company should not be denial! This is more trouble than it’s worth. Thankful that I don’t have to deal with them anymore

Such a slow processing company… Update: 6 months later, I just got one of my bills paid through insurance! About to go to collections. They still need to pay close to $10k more of my bills. How many more months do I need to wait for that bill to be paid when it was over 6 months?What a slow company. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS COMPANY.
