Called Fountain Roberson Anderson looking for a liability policy. I had to call back multiple times to get things going and after weeks with no response I called back and was told they didn't understand what I needed. I clarified with the agent and he said he would work on it. Once again called back twice and no return calls. Called today and another agent answered and said he would follow up. Got the return call and he started off by saying they already told me they could not help me and that was incorrect. He tone and disposition seemed like he was calling me a liar. At that point I tried to talk and he said can I finish my sentence. After that I was done.

Been with them since I first started driving in '18! They are always helpful when I don't know what I may dealing with or if I have questions, so patient with me and I take a lot of it 😅, and always easy to call and pay my bill. Johnathan is always there when I need him !
