Disappointing Experience, Great Promises But No Follow-Through I don’t normally write negative reviews, but after the amount of time and money lost trying to work with Foster & Whitman through Cappi, I feel it’s important to share our experience. After reading all the positive reviews, we reached out to Foster & Whitman on August 20th, 2025. As of November 10th, 2025, we still haven’t received a single quote or follow-up with actual insurance options. Call 1: Our first conversation with Cappi went great. Friendly, confident, and professional. We were told, “You’ll hear from us next week.” Two weeks later: No contact, so I called back. Cappi is the best!! She spent hours on my tiny <$1k/year policy trying to find something that worked, thought outside the box, rang a bunch of people and even gave me a tip on how to market my startup. I don’t trust insurance companies or agents but Cappi earned my trust by being awesome. You can thank me later if you end up working with her :)

Cappi and Rod are great. I own a small business and my insurance needs can be a little complex at times. Having them reach and find the insurance that I need as that middle man is a huge relief to me. I don’t know if I even get the best rates, but if I’m being honest it’s worth it to me at times to spend a couple extra bucks to not have to deal with all that BS. I appreciate yall taking care of all the BS. THANKS!

Rod and his team did an outstanding job in securing liability coverage for my business. My request was quick, immediate, and of the moment to hit a deadline. They didn't hesitate to jump right in with professionalism and a sense of urgency. I can't say enough about Rod and the team's ability to problem-solve with a commitment to getting the job done. When we ran into a speed bump with the carrier his team stepped up and applied appropriate pressure to get my request over the finish line to end-of-job.
