UPDATE! This review was 'answered' by these crooks telling me they would like to look into the situation, but need my policy number. LOL...what policy? You wouldn't give me one! Did you even read the review? Crooks! I wanted to see what was available for insurance options on my home, so I had my agent get quotes for me. Foremost Underwriting crooks wouldn’t insure my house, and even sent a letter telling me I couldn’t be insured because I had a claim in 2023. What was the claim? My second home in Alabama, (insured by a different company) where a relative lived while serving our country at Ft. Benning, was hit with a hurricane and needed a new roof. In fact, most of the homes in the subdivision needed new roofs, and some even needed siding and windows. According to the crooks at

We pay for the roadside assistance on our insurance policy. The contractor that they use is totally inept and needed them twice. Neither time if they’ve been able to follow through and get it done. Can’t speak to a human being that has in power or any ability to contact someone verbally. Everything is done through AI. Both times I’ve had to pay for the service myself once was a toe and once was a simple jumpstart. I will not be paying for service again.

Be cautious and look at your policy carefully as some of them have a minimum premium earned which they will use to rip you off when they haven't earned the premium and the don't bother telling you about it. Was a customer since 2014 and just recently canceled because I moved got letters for my refunds and my atv policy which was $75 for a year and just renewed in September was canceled in October after less than 2 months they earned $50 of the $75 according to them because of their ripoff small print scam setup not sure if they do it on bigger policies but be cautious or just avoid them and get better insurance. as i had problems being told hail and wind damage to my house wasn't significant enough to be covered also

If I could use less stars I absolutely would! Their homeowners insurance is way overpriced & when you cancel & are owed a refund they “have no record of your call” until after you call back to check about the cancellation & that’s when they mark it as cancelled so they don’t have to give you a refund!

Will be switching insurances eventually. I went to Stedman Insurance to find the best price for a full coverage car insurance policy. At first, it seemed great. Paid the first month, and by the second month I got a bill in the mail stating they were changing my premium already, almost an extra $25 a month. So I called, and apparently it was because they “forgot” to take money out of the Stedman account and apply it as I paid at Stedman directly for the first month. They dropped the premium back to what it originally was. Now, after the 3rd month I have received yet another bill stating they’re changing my premium AGAIN. Trash company, very sketchy and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
