My experience with Foothills Insurance, specifically with Tisha, has been extremely disappointing. I reached out to Foothills on September 3rd requesting a quote for a unique commercial habitational policy. From the start, I provided very detailed information in writing, including the full property description and the type of policy needed. Unfortunately, the service from Tisha consistently showed a lack of attention to detail. Despite sending complete information multiple times, I was regularly asked for the same details over again. This created unnecessary delays and made it clear that the information I provided wasn’t being reviewed carefully, if at all.
