Everybody at the company rude. Talk to you like you might be their child. Ask to speak with the supervisor and she sides with the BS ! So glad they are not my insurance carrier anymore. Wouldn’t recommend to a dog.

We were well pleased with our contact person. She was very kind and polite (that is important to me) and she handled our request promptly and efficiently.

Great rates and excellent service. When I received my policy renewal I noticed an increase in the amout of premium I called my agent, Taylor Howell, and asked if she could look into it. Taylor got back to me the next day with news that she was able to rewrite the policy for a lesser premium! I'm a very satisfied customer going on our 3rd year now. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Its a one stop shop for all of our insurance needs.

We had a recent weather related homeowners claim. My agent was great. She took all the information down and immediately sent it to the next chain of command. They responded quickly and followed through with trying to set up an inspection. At this time we hit a bump due to lack of availability. In the end with a phone call this issue and payment was resolved quickly. 20 plus years with this group. Thanks again for taking care of our needs!

Their accountant took almost 3 weeks to finally close my account AFTER an email and two phone calls later to confirm it was done. Despite this, I remained friendly regardless of her lack of customer service or friendliness on the ONE correspondence she took the time to send in regards to my account closure and when I had asked for my refund amount which I know is owed, she has yet to even bother responding. I guess I will just wait for the check to arrive since I was lucky enough to receive one email in regards to the status of my account. Home insurance is a extremely important and therefore it's crucial to put at least some sort of effort in to your customer service. I wouldn't want to be caught in a disaster or claim with this company who can't apparently can't be bothered to put forth
