I had extensive damage to my roof and inside ceiling during the Memorial weekend storm. Lance Smith the claims adjuster was very prompt and fair in assessing all of the damages. He walked me through with all the details and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Lance made sure that I was compensated for all of the damages and that my house would be restored back to how it was before the storm. He submitted the claim and a check was received soon after. I would 100% recommend Farmers Mutual of Nebraska. Lance and the staff at FMNE made a destructive storm with so much damage into a painless, quick and seamless process that relieved a lot of stress from me. Turns you down for owning a pitbull, "an aggressive breed", which if they did their own research on temperament tests, a lab is more aggressive than a pitbull, get your facts straight, this company is an embarrassment
