FMNE Insurance District Claims Office - Norfolk

We had a storm in June that the wind totaled out our irrigation center pivot. Within 24 hours of turning in a claim, Insurance Adjuster Scott Heiser contacted me and was out looking at the damage. The following day he followed up explaining the insurance coverage we had ,the deductibles and how The salvage value would be handled and how we would be paid. After we had the new pivot in place and I had sent the final paperwork and pictures to Scott, he then called to follow up and explain how the final payment would be made. We went over our numbers again for the whole claim and everything came out and made sense. I was very happy with the way. Scott handled things and how he explained everything to me as the process went through.
