FMNE Insurance District Claims Office - Kearney

We received significant damage in April from a massive hailstorm and contacted FMNE and filed a claim. The adjuster (Joel Ferebee) showed up in a timely manner. He was very pleasant, thorough, and professional. While it took a while for all of the repairs to be made (due to working with 6 different trades), Joel was with us every step of the way and communicated with us promptly whenever the need arose. We've heard horror stories from other homeowners in our area regarding their insurance companies not wanting to work with them, however, we are extremely pleased with FMNE and had no problem working with them at all.

I was in an accident with one of this company’s insured drivers at no fault of my own. This company was very responsive and jumped right on getting my car fixed. We got the estimate for damages and Ken was very fast to get the check in the mail so my car can be fixed car seats replaced and a rental car set up. Thank you for such amazing service Ken!

They are rood as it come a women in billing name nina is the worst. She took my name and number to give to boss and she never called me back pls don't wast ur money on them.
