FMNE Insurance District Claims Office - Columbus

I have had several friends have claims go through this office and they always take care of their people. If you ever need anything, these guys understand that they are here to serve you through the difficult times. I am not Insured with Farmers Mutual insurance but Daniel S was my Claim Specialist and made me feel like I was part of the family and went above and beyond to help with through the entire process. Thanks Daniel!!!!

Seth did a great job handling our claims. It wasn’t your typical claim and he stayed on top of things and kept it moving. He truly cared about helping us to get it settled and it felt like he understood what we were going through. Always quick to respond and I felt like he went above and beyond what is expected.

The repair work took much longer than anticipated due to health issues with our contractor and our adjuster Daniel Stejskal worked with us throughout the entire claim process. He did an outstanding job and assisted with anything we needed. The guidance, responsiveness, and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Had the pleasure of working with Seth on a vehicle claim. He was very efficient and trustworthy throughout the process! Normally companies love dragging their feet to get claims going, but he definitely proved me wrong!!!

Dan Johnson is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Since the get go he has been uncooperative, unwilling to listen or even work with us. Despite providing evidence and professional opinions supporting our claim that the damage to our roof should be covered by insurance due to tree impacts and wind. Dan has made up every excuse in the book to avoid repairing the roof. He initially claimed that the damage predated our insurance coverage, but I provided evidence of a full inspection done when we purchased the camper, which he dismissed as a lie. He then claimed that it could not be covered as water was not leaking into the camper instead a previous bad repair , had caused the wood to rot underneath the front cap.
