Flowers - Yates Insurance

Absolutely worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. No retun phone calls. Not one! Sounds like someone is running thos place into the ground! Mr Yates? Never ever calls back. Steer clear.

I have been with Flowers and Yates for years. The last few years the quality of the company has depleted. Every time I called or emailed about the increase and asked for options, the newest agent I was assigned to would lower the quality of my policy. Needless to say I went with another company, my policy was increased and the premiums significantly reduced. When an agent will not help you, remember to shop around, thankfully I did.

Does not communicate with their clients and fails to keep up to date records and fails to keep their clients up to date. Pays out to file claims even when they were considered at fail and you were not. Please avoid this establishment.

Flowers Yates is always a great experience. Maria is always available to answer questions and concerns!!

They never responded to my request. Very disappointed!
