My husband and I went to see Marty Bourgon today for a Medicare Advantage plan. He was very professional , answered all our questions and took the extra time to explain in detail how each advantage plan works. He helped us choose the plan that was right for me and I am very happy and look forward to continue using Marty's services in the furture.

Marty bourgon of northern meds had been serving my mother for 30 years. Then my mother became gravely I'll and I needed private duty nurse immediately. I called marty at 6 am as mom was in the hospital emergency room. Marty became irate that I called hi.m At 6 am to help mom. Emergencies dont always pick convenient times! Marty lied to my brother and slandered me saying that i also called him at 3 am. This was a lie. Marty threatened to call police as he claimed that i harassed him. Marty is a poor excuse for a human being which I've always surmised. When push comes to shove...marty wont be there for your urgent needs.

Marty was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Returns calls immediately. He was able to provide several carrier options for my needs. I referred Marty to several friends and they all were very pleased with his work.
