Florida Healthy Kids - A Florida KidCare Partner

I have been attempting for 8 months to reinsure my daughter. We were signed up and suddenly dropped. I have submit EVERY piece of documentation requested and I keep getting turned down. I qualify because we are not able to get Medicaid. I’ve called and spoken to people who tell me what to submit, I do, get a letter that I don’t submit enough. I am FED UP with FL healthy kids. This isn’t right. I’m a single mother who has jumped through hoops to satisfy the requirements and I am met with rejection EVERY time. I NEED HELP Stephanie Waldhauser

While this insurance is cheap. I made my payment last month. Almost 4 weeks to be exact and now my son isn’t covered because it takes 7-10 days for it to show active. Absolutely insane. They want their money right away but can’t update status so my child can be seen. After emailing multiple times with no response and a phone call from them for ANOTHER payment I had to call 3 times for them just to submit a request to update the status to active which takes up to 2 days! Thank you so so much healthy kids for your help! Next time I’ll be paying out of pocket and getting reimbursed.

Submitted and resubmitted all documentation required and my premium still jumped from $15 to $277 and I’m a single mother. This company is ridiculous and their website is broken half of the time. A joke and disgrace

It's just awful. Closed the account for my two children in March 2025. In April my bank card was charged $350 for May and April. There are no children on the account!!!!! And there is no payment history option on the online account. And the help desk doesn't know what the refund amount will be and to wait 45 days for it.

I HATE this insurance. I'm always getting the run around. No providers are updated in the system. It's always a hassle. They switched my son from Medicaid to Medicare because they claim i make too much money. However, my son was better off where he was. Then they want to charge you monthly with no clear benefits.
