Required a handwritten statement of cancellation mailed to them for auto insurance but oddly did not require proof of vehicle ownership when setting insurance up. I got the insurance set up before I even purchased the vehicle. Refused to cancel my policy for me and wasted 20+ minutes on the phone sending me in circles. They were extremely rude and said it was a simple task. It’s not a simple task when you have a colicky 2 month old attached to your hip. In this day and age we are not the type of people to send mail. I have literally never sent a letter in my entire life and I’m not going to start. This company is predatory and charges double what other companies do. Everywhere else I called around quoted me around $150 for my 2017 Toyota Yaris but THIS company was charging over $300 a m
