Florida Blue Center - Winter Haven

The Florida Blue Center has a beautiful reception area. We were guests to a session for families with children with autism: Puzzles Love foundation : an excellent venue for the meeting! The back rooms were bright,clean, and comfortable . The area held a productive, educational bilingual event.

When I gave a good review last month, then i don't get a call back when I have another problem. I left Rachel 2 voice messages requesting to see why Florida Blue has not sent me my new insurance card for 2024. They sent me my current card. I called you center and spoke to a lady in the sales dept she could not help me with the issues. Since Rachel has not call me please have some one else call me. I need my new insurance card thank you Call again on March 1 they do answer or call back

Edwidge Senat has assisted me with my health insurance policies for several years. Every year I dread reviewing plans....until Eddie calls. He somehow makes the dreaded process an easy one and I always feel reassured after our call. He has been a trusted advisor and I appreciate his professionalism, kindness and friendship.

Dealing with the employees here is worst that dealing with the devil. If I write all the bad things that happened to me with them I don't have enough space to write. I ask them to give me the one that my Doctor accepts because I was almost to have my baby. They give me one that results it was the wrong one and they didn't want to change it for the right one effective that month. I spoke with the head of the office and they spoke with someone else that authorized the change because it wasn't my fault but the said you need to paid again the new plan and we will reimburse you the money in 2 weeks so to tell you I paid $825.00 in one week to have insurance for my delivery then they didn't update the info and when I went to the hospital for a false alarm they said that I didn't have insurance

This morning I called Florida Blue, whom I have my health insurance through, just to ask if a service was covered. I had the pleasure of speaking with Eddie Senat. He was very friendly and energetic when he answered the phone. He quickly answered my question. After he noticed how much my insurance was costing me, he suggested another plan that would be cheaper. He carefully explained the differences and patiently answered my questions and took the time I needed. Thanks to Eddie, I am saving substantially and also have more insurance. My experience with Eddie and other representatives has made my overall experience with Florida Blue a very strong 5 star one.
