I just have to say all the 5 star reviews for Jasmine were totally accurate! She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Such a delight and SO EASY to go through the process w me. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She DEFINITELY deserves a raise or bonus or both.

I'm a business owner and serve as benefit administrator for this insurance for my associates. FL Blue had no problem raising our rates this year but are almost impossible to get ahold of to actually administrate the account. When I do get ahold of a US based customer service rep (rare) they are very nice but have no ability to do anything - I have to email all requests to a generic email with automated responses, but no changes actually get made, And I can't utilize their website because it's so locked down that I can't actually verify anything. Meanwhile, we can't make our monthly payments due to this and we keep getting automated emails saying they are going to drop us. Threats threats threats, but no actual humans to help. You wonder why people despise insurance companies, this is why.

Contacted specialist provider listed as in market and on my Fl blue hmo plan. Takes directly from the Fl blue app also the call center, got a pcp referral as it turns out the provider has been closed for over 2 years. But it’s open enrollment time to update and send fl blue more money. How about you update your provider list fl blue.

Check in desk completely lied saying they do not have the ability for me to call sales and take care of plan changes over the phone. This is a complete lie. Of course Florida Blue has sales agents available over the phone.
