Amazing staff. Busy time of year and they are still being attentive and accommodating where they can. Karl was very kind with taking the time to help me. Kim is very lovely along with everyone.

HORRIBLE heath insurance. They use A.I. operators who contribute NOTHING because they're robots. FLORIDA BLUE knows that NO CUSTOMER wants to speak to an A.I. robot regarding their health insurance. The CEO should be fired for this.

Staff at this FL Blue center is very friendly and helpful. I had a positive experience every time I called there or visited in person. Location is at the great location too, easy to access and find.
