Maria C. Is the best agent we've ever had! She listens to what we need and helps find the best options for us to choose. She also makes sure we fully understand the plus and minuses of any plan we choose!

At the Florida Blue office located on Osceola Parkway, there is an agent named Alexandra Ales whose customer service is very poor. Instead of helping me get the best plan for my family of 5, she separated us and we ended up with a plan that was detrimental to us and caused us problems. In addition to the poor attention and attitude of the agent. Florida Blue should not have agents who do not know their job well and also serve customers who come seeking help with a bad attitude. I wrote to the manager of that office and he only told me to let him know if he could assign me another agent without giving me any solution to the occasional problems caused by that agent. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Terrible! A lady said, we’re gonna be with you. We waited 20-25 minutes and nobody came. They could see us through the video camera if they want to how long we waited. We left.

Was seen by the nicest doctor ... Dr Sharlene Alick ... super nice lady spoke English very well and so nice and helpful ..hoping she can become my regular physician..

Great place. Pleasant and informative personnel. Today was an event day with games, give-a-ways, and information. Good times!
