Alexandro Gomes is worth posting about. This is a first for me, I never bother to post but he is outstanding. He greatly helped my son and me wade thru the complexities of medical and dental insurance. He did all of the confusing computer input that we couldn’t do on our own and got us the best coverage and price. He really is outstanding and provided us with a wonderful customer experience! Florida blue is the worse insurance ever. They dont care about you at all. Raised my premium to more than double and now my prescription will be 500 a month. A medication I can go without and now cant afford and trying to get someone to help is not happening. The just passed blame unto walgreens and hung up..

Hi, I've been coming to Florida Blue for over a year. The exercise classes are amazing and so much fun. They provide excellent health classes that provide useful information and resources for staying healthy. Their staff is also so friendly and professional. I truly appreciate Florida Blue and all it offers our community. Especially the free classes.

The nurses are so nice! Barbara and Ludmila are patient, kind, and very willing to jump up and encourage the next client. The classes are informative and well done, with questions encouraged. Lunch and Learns offer fairly healthy choices with socialization and add fun classes while there!

They took another woman before me even though she arrived 20 min later so that was frustrating. However Alex was then super quick and helpful and got me enrolled very fast.
