Every interaction I have with Fleming Insurance agency is positive. Jason’s team is awesome! Today, Tonya, Ethan and Rebecca went above and beyond to help me change my billing and better manage my account. They will treat you with the highest level of service all while brokering the best deal. It doesn’t get better than that!

Roughly 3 years ago, I was searching for a new insurance agency, I had previously been with the same company for 10 years. My sister and her family had worked with Jason Fleming and his agency, so we called him up and had a meeting with him within a week. He listened to everything we had to say and within a couple days we had a great quote back! Since then, I've had quite a few questions arise, and I know that when I email Jason, I will get a swift response. It is an ease of mind being able to work with someone who gives you the personal attention that you need. I highly recommend!

The customer service at Fleming Insurance Agency- Ramsey is amazing. Matt and Emily are a great team and have helped me every step of the way from lowering my car insurance to getting renters insurance and even helping me submit paperwork and forms. When I have run into any issues working directly with Progressive Emily was able to step in and take care of any issues for me, which makes my life much easier so thank you guys! They take exceptional care of their clients and I am very happy since switching to them.

We have our auto and home insurance under Fleming and it has saved us a lot of money. Not only that, but when I recently needed to replace a cracked windshield Jason was super responsive and helpful. Windshield was replaced within 5 days. Would highly recommend Fleming Insurance!

I had been with a Big Box Insurance Group for years and was unhappy for several reasons, Customer Care, Claims process, price to name a few. From day 1 with the Fleming Insurance team it has been smooth sailing... They sat down with me, reviewed my current policies at which point I found out I had a lot of overlap on different policies (one way the big box groups Nickle and Dime you). I have been with Fleming Insurance Agency for at least 4 years I saved a pile of money switching to them. I have had a couple claims; all were handled very well... Fast, Friendly, and Fair.. (All words you don't normally associate with an insurance company). Bottom line this Insurance agency works for you, and I highly recommend them!
