Do not use this insurance company. I had a sudden water intrusion from my condensate pump and Mike the adjusted tried to claim it was long term even though many companies including mitigation said he was wrong. Reached out to the supervisor and she told me she’d get back to me and never did. You’ll pay money and never get your claims covered. Also make sure to read your policy before signing…. It’s AMBIGUOUS LANGUAGE. They’re a scam of an insurance company. Avoid at all costs.

Glad to find a better company somewhere else glad to take you money and not cover damage

We had a pipe burst 6 months after purchasing our house. They sent out an adjuster who made a terrible evaluation and stated that the leak has been there for a long time reported back to the insurance company that it was an existing leak. If that were the case, my basement would have been flooded. It ruined my bathroom and they denied coverage. They also said they would not renew my next years insurance which is probably a good thing. I would highly not recommend using this Insurance Company.

Horrible company. This company absolutely does not do customer service. Do. Not. Use. Never been treated so terribly.
