Called in on a Monday to receive an estimate for auto insurance and I did not get a callback for three days. And I didn’t actually get a call back. I had to call in and ask them about my estimate. Besides that our communication was very professional

They have been looking after our families insurance needs for many years and have never let us down. Anytime I have an issue I either call or stop in and Jimmy takes care of it. I reccomend them to anyone looking for a professional insurance agent who cares about their customers.

Sandra was very helpful. She was able to find a carrier with better coverage than my current carrier at half the price. Very personable and professional.

They won't accept cash, so lost my business. They must be doing quite well, to turn away business like that.
