I cannot recommend this company. They are fine if you have no claims, however refused to resolve miscommunications and claims issue with auto-owners insurance who they represent. Ended up with a non-renewal and this company would not even help me find replacement insurance. On my own now to find new insurance and deal with auto-owners by filing complaint with state of michigan insurance oversight office. Claim remains unpaid - see photo.
We have been using Fischer Insurance since around 2008. I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review but we really love this agency. The entire staff is helpful and kind. I deal mostly with Karen and Diane and they reply SO QUICKLY. I never have to worry about deadlines because they always handle everything in a timely manner. Joe is equally as awesome and has always worked very hard, gone above and beyond for us and for our businesses. Don't run toward the cheaper guys....sounds great until disaster strikes!
