First State Agency

We have insured some rental properties through Jake at First State and have found the customer service to be top notch. Any time we have a question or concern, Jake is quick to provide an answer or work to help us with whatever comes up. He is always professional, polite and prompt, and he has provided us guidance with how to best handle our coverage.

After getting to know more about First State Agency and their background, it was extremely evident they are bringing the "Small Town Feel" to Sioux Falls. The agents at FSA are knowledgeable about their products and take the time to listen to YOUR needs. It is great to go to a place that can quote multiple companies. They are able to find what is the best fit for YOU, and not THEM. I recommend seeing them as soon as possible. In my experience they take the time to look at your current policies and help educate you on what you currently have and offer advice on whether there is something better out there that would fit YOUR needs.
