I found out 17 days after my payment cleared that my $38K truck was not insured. The way I found out was that I received a refund check in the mail. My license was flagged and I had to pay over $800 in fines. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENCY. Thankfully my uninsured vehicle did not have an damage or get in a accident... I would have so much more to pay that the fines because of the incompetence of this agency to notify paid customers of a policy cancellation.

My agent is Mrs. Kim Arnone. She's wonderful. Not only did she find me a better insurance rate she took the time to explain some of the technicals insurance so that I'd have better knowledge fir the future.
