Laura is amazing! My homeowners insurance was not being renewed and was about to expire. I called Laura in the late afternoon on a Friday before a holiday weekend, and in 2 hours she got me a new policy. It's hard to find someone as dedicated to helping clients as Laura is.

By far the best insurance agency in Highlands County! Been a client for years and they never disappoint. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They actually care about their clients. I strongly recommend getting your insurance here!

I called on a Monday for Home owners insurance information. I was told that my agent was out for lunch and she would call me when she got back. I did not get a call back that day or the next or the next. I called back on Friday and told the receptionist I had called on Monday. She stated oh yes I remember you and said she was going to transfer me to my agent. Spoke to my agent and gave her all the information she asked for. She stated let me look into this and I will call you back. It has been a week and again no return call. I am very disappointed over the lack of urgency and professionalism given by this office.

Great caring and honest people work here! My dad was wrongful quoted for a commercial insurance at a different place. I reached out to First Insurance and Lizette started working on the situation right away. They explained everything clearly. Best place in town for insurance purposes, won't go anywhere else!
