Since my last review things have been much better and everyone is super helpful at this business. Even when I canceled my policies with them, they were helpful.

These people are great! Nice, attentive, and pay attention to details. My few claims have been handled quickly and fairly. I appreciate the personal, knowledgeable service

I asked for an quote on home and auto insurance on 1/20/17 and was told I would hear back by that monday. I never heard back so I called Wednesday and I was told I would hear back later that day or Thursday. I never heard anything back. So I called today, Friday a week later and was told that no one would touch my husband because of his driving record in the last 5 years. However the company she said wouldn't touch him is who he has insurance through. It would cost me $2000.00 every six months for the company she had picked. Then when I asked about the home insurance she still had nothing. This office is a joke. The lady that was handling my quote was the office manager shelly. I would think out of a manager and professional company you would get more respect. I will never use them or reco

I can’t say enough about the staff at First Charter. They are very helpful and are always available to answer any questions that I have. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
