Was working with one of their agents and they sent me a quote and an application to sign. I never signed the application. I was waiting for a quote from another agent so I waited 2 days before letting them know that I was not going with their quote. In the mean time they sent my mortgage company a bill without my authorization. My mortgage company paid the bill and then I had to spend 2 hours fighting for my money back.

I don’t think they’re in business anymore. I emailed and called multiple times to let them know I moved and no one ever answered. I had to call the insurance company directly and get a new agency for the new property
