I've been using First American for years. Without incident or buying a new vehicle, my plan price doubled in two years. They were informed I was going to be moving out of the country on January 7th. I visited their office and paid my insurance in full in February. Now, after leaving the country and paying in full with a receipt in hand, they contact me via email and let me know that "due to factors," I owe them $32. The factors being bad internal communication on their end and a retroactive increase to a previously paid dollar amount. After paying the bill in February I had received a threatening letter from Concord (the insurance company) saying I needed to pay only a week later. Since my coffee shop was next door and their agent would visit our store frequently, Sophie’s Coffeehouse decided to switch insurance policy from Heirly Insurance to American Insurance in Brimfield. The only criteria that we needed is that the policy matches exactly what we had before. Brennan their agent assured me that would be the case I even gave them I thick copy on my insurance policy from Heirly. I was curious to see if I could save some money on my auto insurance, but searching for a new and improved policy can be extremely overwhelming and frustrating. George is amazing and made the entire experience a breeze. Very quickly got back to me with the best option, explained how my coverage benefited me; it was a cheaper price. He was very knowledgeable when I brought up questions and concerns. And I didn’t have to stress out. Win win!

He is extremely attentive, willing to listen to your needs, great at finding the lowest price with the BEST insurance plan, and overall phenomenal!!!!

Very miserable and rude people. Wouldn't help me at all even though I'm a Progressive customer and they work with Progressive. They said they couldn't do anything unless I opened a new Progressive policy with them. I called another agency that works with Progressive and they were happy to help. Sent me all the documents I needed in less than 5 minutes. The other agency told me that these guys were most likely just trying to get money out of me.
