For IdentoGO fingerprinting- they are scheduling double the appointments for each day in the hopes of this extra self service machine to be working but the worker told us it only works about 5% of the time. The fingerprint worker is doing double the prints and the appointment times are being backed up over an hour wait bc of this. The boss needs to stop scheduling all the extra appointment times unless the extra machine is working regularly. It was such an inconvenience.

Mike and his team are great to work with! Mike has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. When I’ve had life changes (new car, motorcycle, rv, etc) they’ve been great about getting all they need to know about the situation and present me with insurance options that best meets my needs, and with great rates! Mike and his team are simply the best. They take Customer Service to an all new level. I had a situation where I required roadside assistance and unfortunately the automated system was having a problem; Mike's team handled it themselves, got the tow truck arranged and kept me updated on the progress.
