Absolutely love working with Robin and her team. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I have had to file a few claims since having her and she has been a Rockstar from picking my policy limits to adding in special items. Robin and her team reshop my policies regularly to make sure I am getting the coverage I need but also helping keep my costs affordable.

Great service when first went with them then it went downhill after a couple years. Asked to reshop when rates soared for renewal in another month, told I was on the list and then didn't get a response until a week before renewal. Finally was given replacement options. But they forgot to take into account an accident they were aware of when quoting the replacement policy, they knew about this as they had been in contact about the claim. Then had to mix and match other companies to get a workable rate. They then forgot about my umbrella policy entirely, kept following up and couldn't get me a simple quote for months. Lost coverage due to the delay then the price doubled from their quote to when I got the bill for policy to be written and no explanation why. Never even got another check in w

Miriahla and Kimberley are amazing. The prices are competitive, but the true value is in the old fashion, honest, personal service. They both know me by first name, they remember my situation and treat me with kindness and respect! I would be willing to pay twice as much for my insurance to have the opportunity to work with trusted agents.
