Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service

Had this insurance company for almost 3 years. Never missed a payment. Never made a claim. Switched to another company after getting better rates and higher plans. At the end of the termination, I paid in full for the month. 6 months later I get a bill from the collection agency AFTER they put a negative collection on my Experian profile. Apparently, there was a clause in the termination for a "fee" to change companies. I called them and got the complete run-around. No manager available. My supervisor will call you. blah-blah-blah. Long story short, I ended up paying the collection company. Terrible business practices. They don't care about character or customers. All greed based. STAY AWAY...

Came to get a quote from Fiesta, they claim I have two accidents on my record which is not true, I went to freeway insurance across the street and said my record is clean. They use low quotes on the phone as bait and give you a total different number when your record is run. The quote went from $225 to $468 according to the “two accidents”. Sounds like a better business bureau complaint here is needed
