Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service

After being a customer with fiesta auto insurance for nearly a year, I was quoted a false amount over a recorded line and then received a bill two months later requesting payment. When I called the business, they admitted fault, but refused to refund me. The manager who "helped "me, Gabriella, was accusing me of "misunderstanding" in attempts to shift blame on me when it was her employee who wrongfully quoted me in which she admitted. I do NOT recommend business with them!

I’m leaving a 5 star review for such great help I got to open a insurance plan, Ms. Anita Nava was great help with getting me started. Not only did she give me a great price she was very helpful with payments also. Will definitely go back to restart another insurance plan.

I came in for a quote and got helped out by Anita Nava. I didn't end up buying the policy but the way she was very helpful in explaining coverages and giving me the run around of things was extremely helpful. 10/10 would visit this office in the future and I'd recommend this place for anyone who is having trouble being accepted by other insurance companies! She also advised that they do taxes which I didn't know!

Every time I go in Anita is always there to greet me with a warm smile and she answers all my questions. Hands down best insurance place especially with someone like her makes you wanna keep going back

Really Good service Margie help me so much doing my taxes, had the pascience to guide me find the way to once again help me on every detail any deductions that I never knew I could used to get refund or pay less taxes, I've been doing my taxes in other places. Where i always felt they would do my taxes in a rush because they had more ppl waiting to file taxes. And me end it up paying so much. I would for sure go back to her next year!
