Horrible experience! We went on the morning of the 28th just to ask about insurance prices and a few basic questions. The lady who helped us was incredibly rude and loud when giving out information. She embarrassed my dad in front of everyone there with how unprofessional and disrespectful she was. She clearly had no patience and didn’t even try to answer all of our questions. We were just trying to understand the options because we’re looking for a new insurance company, and instead we got treated like an inconvenience. If you know your parents or any family members have a hard time standing up for themselves, do not let them go alone — they will be walked all over and disrespected. No one deserves to be treated this way just for asking questions. We will absolutely be taking our busines

Terrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional This insurance office is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They’re never open on time — I once arrived at 11:39 AM and the place was still closed. I went back today around noon, and again had a bad experience. The woman working there was incredibly rude and clearly in a bad mood. I simply asked if a driver’s license was required to get insured, and instead of answering respectfully, she snapped at me, saying there was “no option.” When I mentioned that a friend of mine got insured here without a license, she got defensive, started talking about how “laws change,” and continued making rude, humiliating comments. The whole room was tense — it was clear I wasn’t the only one uncomfortable. Another customer even told me not to take it personally

The environment was very welcoming especially when Gloria Garcia is at the front desk!!! She always Extremely helpful and is very nice and helpful. She provides great insurance rates. She always has a friendly smile and a very positive attitude. When you have a question she get the answer you need. She is very professional. When she is not their I will come back later intill Gloria is at work. Thank u Fiesta for having Gloria their!!!

Gloria Garcia was amazing for my car insurance. I was blow away by her charisma, kindness and knowledge as she walked me through the process. She ensured I was completely happy with my policy. I left our interaction feeling so secure with what I chose. Thank you again!!

I just have to say that it is so hard to find an auto insurance company with such great rates and amazing customer service. I am always welcomed with a smile by one of the employee's Gloria. She always does an amazing job at answering questions when I need help. The establishment always looks clean and neat as well.
