Had a horrible experience with manager and I’m guessing a new employee called to make a payment one the first and new kid tells me it’s not due till a later date and actually had the date wrong ! Now I’m pending cancellation when I asked for a two day ext I was told by manager oh what you spent all your money ????? Like excuse me ? No customer service at all! Then when I called to make an agreement with delano office the same kid answered and hanged up like wow how much of poor service can you get?? My payments have been going smooth since before they put that employee to answer the phone

I opened an auto insurance policy and the woman, who is only in Delano office once a week and usually in Waco office, went above and being to provide excellent service by being extremely informative in the different options and at what costs. She took the time in informing me the coverage and the variables. Fiesta auto insurance has great, affordable auto insurance rates without hidden fees! The woman also took the time to research further through the DMV, of which, males purchasing my tags so much easier by having eliminated that extra step for me and on the spot. Looks like I’m walking into a dirty house . That’s why the carpet is red I guess so you can’t see the stains but it’s dirty inside and the girls who work there look like they just got out of bed ! So unprofessional!! And the guys also except some handsome guy in there that looks like the only Knowledgeable one in the whole store. They need to be more hands on and work faster the place is huge for slow workers and there’s 5 tables and there’s only 3 workers !!place needs to be updated and trained to a certain extent seriously!!

They dont explain all the extra fees they charge Installment fees Policy fees Membership dues All that adds up to about $25 on top of the Policy premium i went to ask and couldnt give me an answer they said call the insurance i did they told me go with the broker fieata insurance very bad service
