1-Star Review Do not waste your time at this location. Their handling of DMV services is extremely unprofessional. They left my process halfway completed and claimed the DMV system had been down for the past two weeks. I later found out the real issue was that they had not paid for their DMV service license, which is why they were unable to complete my transaction. When I tried to get clarification, Juanita (who appears to be a manager at this branch) was dismissive and disrespectful. Instead of providing a clear explanation, she kept giving us the runaround about why the system was “down.” I paid for a service they were not legally authorized to complete. As a result, I had to redo the entire process directly with the actual DMV. I will also be canceling my insurance with them due to

Juanita is so knowledgeable she got me the best rates on two of my trucks super professional and she’s there to help you I was paying over $550 in insurance and she got me a better deal under $330 just amazing ask for Juanita !!!! You won’t regret it !
