Worst experience ever trying to buy something. Checking around for lower cost insurance, I called and, after pressing nbers for several minutes I got an agent. He promised to get a quote out via email and USPS. 3 days later I called again and told same thing, no results I called back a third time.2 weeks later I received quote in mail (never got email). The quote was $700 higher than my current policy.

Have never worked with more unresponsive group ever. Unreturned phone calls , being told things that were untrue. Due to there failure to process a payment was allowed to laps , without ever telling us.. Tank you Field Insurance
