The worst. Trying to reactivate my sons insurance and no help whatsoever. Over the phone telling me to come over and they’ll help me a lot more. Now i have to wait an hour to have a representative to help me out. I have no time to wait to find treatment for my son!! You guys dont care about people looking for help. You guys dont care about your jobs whatsoever. You guys are useless

No way to call center.. the number from Google maps does not give an option to speak with customer service. You have to know a manager
Terrible place can’t get anything correct on my card 0out of 10
I've had many accidents and every time I've went to the doctor office they told me the same thing the insurance doesn't cover it and now I would like to get braces but the insurance didn't help me
