Fidelis Care - Ridgewood Community Office

I’ve honestly never met two people as helpful and dedicated as Youness and Mercedes. They really took the time to listen, stayed patient the entire time, and worked hard to actually figure out the problem instead of brushing it off. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people. What has been a really frustrating situation ended up being a great experience because of them. Fidelis Care is lucky to have workers like Youness and Mercedes. Thank you both so much!

Horrible experience!!!! I will definitely never go back there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. I went there for help and believed I would get help, that the office staff would help me with my problem. The woman didn't even contact a Fidelis agent by phone to help explain why my medications weren't approved, even though they had been for four years! These are medications I have to take daily, and I can't stop taking them overnight. The woman, who wanted to help me, and who didn't want to because I felt disrespected, told me to go to the gym if I felt bad, and that was her response to my help!

I payed to renew my insurance for the new year and Fidelis apparently never applied the payment. So, now I’m uninsured. Fidelis tried to blame NYS of Health but NYS said it was the fault of Fidelis’ accounting. Spoke to several Fidelis reps and each one told me a totally different story. They told me a refund check would take too long to cut, and recommended they keep my money until I’m reinsured and they can apply the funds to my next payment. Ridiculous.

Excellent service, mrs shoshi help me to solve insurance problems easily, in my language and without waiting too long.

It was a great experience the staff beginning from the entryway were all really pleasant and nice. Thank you Ms. Luzdari for all of your help. Very nice and sweet. Helpful staff. Very nice place neat and clean. I felt very welcomed. You all rock!!!
