Jibek is very informative about the various Fidelis plans available. She makes you feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to. The Market Place website is sometimes a bit intimidating to put your information. It’s a great location and very convenient! I would definitely prefer speaking to a Representative of Fidelis instead of an Automated System or A.I Thank you for the help to get insurance!
