I had a great experience working with Urma Abraham from Fidelis Care. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient while explaining all the health benefit options to me. She made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her responsiveness and willingness to answer all my questions. I had fidelis care last year and this year I am (of course) still receiving bills from doctors offices. Fidelis care has disabled my online account since I am no longer a member so I am no longer able to check my claims online. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get claim information, only to be put on silent and ignored by one representative for 20 minutes. I had to hang up and call again. The next representative told me all she could do was SNAIL MAIL me all my claims which will take 7-10 business days. She wasn't able to look up and give me any information on my claims, I have to wait for the mail. What a waste of time and money for them to disable my online account.

Fidelis gave my contact info to other companies without my permission. I get repeated calls from these companies that Fidelis won't stop. Staff has lied or blamed Medicare or the NYS Health Dept. They are awful and unaccountable.

My process was incredibly clean and fast here. Silvia is great, she is very kind, she explained me everything, very efficient and get the job done so quick. I highly recommend !

The worst insurance known to mankind! They lost my subscription, failed to mention their basic bronze plan covers exactly NOTHING and when I upgraded to the silver I found out no medical provider takes the insurance. The ones listed on their site are out of business or don't exist. Worst of all, they don't cover any type of women's health service including birth control! They say they have a supplemental provider, but they don't even pick up the phone. I wasted 11 hours of my life this week just waiting on hold on the phone, being transferred around from person to person, and sitting in the pharmacy for four hours while their incompetent and rude reps LIED to the pharmacist! If I had the wherewithal to she this company I would! It is illegal not to cover family planning services. They are
